The essential checklist of certificates and reports needed for physical verification at reporting centers.
Original Documents Checklist
Candidates must bring original copies of all listed items, along with **two sets of self-attested photocopies** and the downloaded application sheets.
- ✓JEE Main 2026 Admit Card (Original)
- ✓JEE Main 2026 Scorecard / Percentile Page
- ✓Class 10th (Matriculation) Board Marksheet & Certificate
- ✓Class 12th (Intermediate) Board Marksheet & Certificate
- ✓Bihar Permanent Residential Domicile Certificate
- ✓Caste / Category Certificate (SC/ST/EBC/BC/RCG) (If applicable)
- ✓Income / Asset Certificate for EWS (If applicable)
- ✓Disabled Quota (DQ) Medical Board Certificate (If applicable)
- ✓UGEAC 2026 Online Application Form (Part A & Part B)
- ✓Aadhar Card or Valid Photo Identity Proof
- ✓Passport size photographs (Matching JEE Main registration)
- ✓Seat Allotment Letter (Three copies)
Physical Verification Rules
When a seat is allotted, you must visit the specific **Reporting Center** assigned in your allotment letter. Even if you choose **Auto-Upgradation (Float)** to try for a better college in the next round, you **must** report for document verification.
Warning: Failure to report for physical verification in your scheduled round will cancel your allotment, and you will be blocked from participating in subsequent counselling rounds.
